IHK warnt: Gewerbeauskunft-Zentrale (GWE) weiterhin im Saarland aktiv

Aus aktuellem Anlass warnt die IHK Saarland erneut vor Schreiben der so genannten "Gewerbeauskunft-Zentrale" (GWE). Darin werden Unternehmen auch jetzt noch zur Zahlung von Rechnungen für Adressbucheinträge aufgefordert, obwohl das Landgericht Düsseldorf vor kurzem ein weiteres Ordnungsgeld gegen die GWE wegen wiederholter Nichtbeachtung des rechtskräftigen Verbots (Urteil vom 15.4.2011, 38 O 148/10) verhängte. Die IHK Saarland rät allen betroffenen Unternehmen, sich nicht zur Zahlung drängen zu lassen.
