IHK warnt vor betrügerischen Abmahnungen in der Immobilienbranche

Die IHK warnt vor Abmahnungen in der Immobilienbranche, die zurzeit im Saarland kursieren. Laut IHK erhalten die betroffenen Unternehmen Schreiben, in denen sie für eine Verletzung von Bestimmungen der Dienstleistungsinformationspflichtenverordnung abgemahnt werden. Der Vorwurf entbehrt jeder Grundlage - denn die Immobiliendienstleister sind laut IHK generell von den Vorschriften dieser Verordnung ausgenommen. Entsprechende Abmahnungen mit Zahlungsforderung für Rechtsanwaltsgebühren sollten daher ignoriert werden, rät die IHK.

Zu den Pflichten aus der Dienstleistungsinformationspflichtenverordnung hat die IHK für ihre Mitgliedsunternehmen Merkblätter erstellt, die unter der Kennzahl 44 auf der IHK-Homepage (www.saarland.ihk.de) abgerufen werden können.
