IHK warnt vor gefälschten "Abmahnungen"

Nach Angaben der IHK Saarland häufen sich zurzeit Fälle, in denen Unternehmen fingierte Abmahnungen erhalten. Die per E-Mail versandten Abmahnungen führten in der Betreffzeile die Bezeichnung "Ermittlungsverfahren gegen Sie". Gestützt werde das angebliche Ermittlungsverfahren auf eine Urheberrechtsverletzung in Filesharing-Netzwerken. Weder die angeblich auftragerteilende Firma V. GmbH habe einen entsprechenden Auftrag erteilt, noch der in der Mail-Adresse genannte Rechtsanwalt, teilt die IHK mit und rät betroffenen Unternehmen die E-Mail als gegenstandslos zu betrachten. Eine Strafanzeige gegen den Absender der Abmahnung wurde bereits gestellt.
