Immobiliardarlehensvermittler: IHK Saarland startet Sachkundeprüfung

Für Vermittler von Immobiliardarlehen bietet die IHK Saarland ab sofort eine neue Sachkundeprüfung an. Hintergrund ist eine Verschärfung der Berufsregeln durch den Gesetzgeber. Neben persönlicher Zuverlässigkeit und geordneten Vermögensverhältnissen hat der Gewerbetreibende zukünftig Sachkunde nachzuweisen. Dafür muss der Immobiliardarlehensvermittler – soweit er nicht einen gleichgestellten Abschluss nachweisen kann – eine Prüfung als „Geprüfter Immobiliardarlehensfachmann IHK /Geprüfte Immobiliardarlehensfachfrau IHK“ absolvieren. “Nachdem die Verordnung über Immobiliardarlehensvermittlung jetzt in Kraft ist, können wir mit unserem neuen Angebot starten“, erläutert Heike Cloß, stellvertretende IHK-Hauptgeschäftsführerin. Ist die Prüfung bestanden und liegen auch alle anderen Voraussetzungen vor, werden die Vermittler anschließend von der IHK in das öffentlich zugängliche Register www.vermittlerregister.info eingetragen. Auf ihrer Website www.saarland.ihk.de bietet die IHK unter den Kennziffern 2029 und 2031 weiterführende Informationen und Formulare an.
