Informationsveranstaltung zum "Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetz"

Am Donnerstag, 11. Oktober 2012, 19:00 Uhr, informiert die IHK Saarland über "Das Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz". Rechtsanwalt Eric Schulien, Eric Schulien GmbH Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, Saarbrücken, wird den saarländischen Unternehmern aus arbeitsrechtlicher Sicht vorstellen, welche Diskriminierungsfälle in der Praxis am häufigsten vorkommen, wie die Rechtsprechung diese beurteilt und welche konkreten Maßnahmen jeder Einzelne in seinem Betrieb durchführen kann bzw. muss, damit es zu keinen Diskriminierungsfällen mehr kommt. Denn: Am Ende einer Diskriminierung steht oft ein Schadensersatzanspruch, mit dem viele Unternehmen zunächst nicht rechnen. Die Veranstaltung findet in der IHK Saarland, Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken statt. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
