Infoveranstaltung "Das Weisungsrecht des Arbeitgebers" am 24. Juni

Am Dienstag, 24. Juni 2014, 19 - 21 Uhr, lädt die IHK Saarland ein zur Veranstaltung "Das Weisungsrecht des Arbeitgebers". In einem Arbeitsvertrag kann vieles geregelt werden. Manches jedoch ergibt sich erst aus der alltäglichen Arbeitssituation. Der Arbeitgeber muss dann reagieren. Er kann sich dabei auf sein Weisungsrecht stützen. Rechtsanwältin Silke Brombach, teras Anwaltskanzlei Brombach Boghossian Kuhn & Partner | Rechtsanwälte, Saarbrücken , wird in ihrem praxisorientierten Vortrag aufzeigen, wo der Arbeitsvertrag dem Arbeitgeber Spielräume lässt, um sein Weisungsrecht einzusetzen und wann etwa für den Bereich einer Versetzung, der Zuweisung einer anderen Arbeit oder auch der Übernahme von zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen eine Änderungskündigung erforderlich ist und wie diese dann rechtssicher zu gestalten ist. Die Veranstaltung findet in der IHK Saarland (Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken, Raum: 1 - 3) statt. Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
