Infoveranstaltung für Versicherungsvermittler: "Wie kommuniziere ich richtig mit meinen Kunden?" am 4. Mai 2010

Am Dienstag, 4. Mai 2010, 19:00 Uhr, veranstaltet die IHK Saarland die Infoveranstaltung "Wie kommuniziere ich als Vermittler richtig mit meinen Kunden?". IHK-Justiziarin Heike Cloß erläutert die geltenden Vorschriften des Wettbewerbsrechts für die Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden. Anhand von praxisgerechten Beispielen zeigt sie auf, wie sich Versicherungsvermittler in der Kundenkommunikation per Brief, Telefon, Fax, Internet und E-Mail rechtskonform verhalten können. Die Veranstaltung findet in den Räumen der IHK statt. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
