Nachweisverfahren für gefährliche Abfälle ab April nur noch elektronisch

Unternehmen haben nur noch wenig Zeit, bei der Entsorgung gefährlicher Abfälle auf die elektronische Nachweisführung umzustellen. Darauf weist die IHK Saarland hin. Am 1. April 2010 wird die bisher übliche Papierform von Nachweisdokumenten durch ein elektronisches Verfahren abgelöst. Der vorgeschriebene Nachweis ordnungsgemäßer Entsorgung ist dann ausschließlich elektronisch möglich. Betroffen hiervon sind Unternehmen, bei denen größere Mengen gefährlicher Abfälle anfallen und die bisher schon einen Entsorgungsnachweis führen mussten. Darüber hinaus müssen Entsorger und Behörden ab dem oben genannten Stichtag mit der qualifizierten elektronischen Signatur unterschreiben; Abfallerzeuger und Beförderer können bis zum 1. Februar 2011 warten.

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am elektronischen Verfahren ist eine Online-Registrierung bei der Zentralen Koordinierungsstelle der Bundesländer (ZKS-Abfall). Ohne Registrierung droht eine Verweigerung der Abfallannahme. Die IHK Saarland rät daher allen betroffenen Unternehmen, so bald wie möglich die elektronische Registrierung vorzunehmen. Je näher der Termin rücke, mit umso größerem Ansturm sei zu rechnen.
