Neuordnung der Abfallüberwachung

Ab Juni 2014 müssen noch mehr Unternehmen ihre Abfalltransporte dem Landesamt für Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz (LUA) anzeigen. Bislang galt diese Regelung nur für Entsorgungsunternehmen. Nunmehr müssen alle Unternehmen, die mehr als 20 t nicht gefährliche oder 2 t gefährliche Abfälle pro Kalenderjahr befördern, das LUA informieren. Betroffen sind beispielsweise Handwerker, Servicetechniker, Gartenbauer oder andere Gewerbebetriebe, die ihre Abfälle zum Betriebsgelände mitnehmen oder selbst zu einer Entsorgungsanlage fahren.

Die neue "Anzeige- und Erlaubnisverordnung" ist auch Thema beim "Umwelt Forum Saar" von IHK und saar.is am 8. April 2014 ab 15:00 Uhr in der Industrie- und Handelskammer. Interessierte Unternehmen sind herzlich eingeladen. Weitere Themen sind die umweltpolitischen Schwerpunkte der neuen Bundesregierung sowie die europäische Chemikalienpolitik.
