Die Publikation "Online-Handel" der IHK-Organisation beantwortet die wichtigsten Fragen zu den rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen des E-Commerce. Auf 134 Seiten werden unter anderem die Impressums- und Informationspflichten, Datenschutzregelungen, das Widerrufsrecht, das Gewährleistungsrecht bei Sachmängeln oder der Umgang mit Rechtsverstößen und Abmahnungen erläutert. Daneben gibt es Tipps zur rechtssicheren Gestaltung von Online-Shops. Außerdem bietet der neue Ratgeber Hinweise zu Rechtsfragen im Vertrieb und vertieft diese mit praktischen Beispielsfällen und Mustern.
