Mittelständler im Saarland werden im Rahmen der Veranstaltungsreihe "wirtschaft.entwickelt.global" über Möglichkeiten des wirtschaftlichen Engagements in Entwicklungsländern informiert. Das Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) will verstärkt privates Kapital und die Kraft der Wirtschaft für Projekte mit entwicklungspolitischer Perspektive in den Partnerländern gewinnen. Die zahlreichen Förderprogramme und Beratungsangebote des BMZ und seiner Durchführungsorganisationen werden in der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Saarland vorgestellt. Bundesminister Dirk Niebel erläutert die Ziele und Mittel der Entwicklungspolitik im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Pressekonferenz mit Dr. Richard Weber, Präsident der IHK Saarland.
