"Rechtliche Aspekte des Frankreich-Vertriebs" am 27. April 2010

Am Dienstag, 27. April 2010, 09:00 Uhr, bietet die IHK Saarland die Informationsveranstaltung "Rechtliche Aspekte des Frankreich-Vertriebs" an. Die Referenten, Rechtsanwalt Jörg Luft und Rechtsanwalt Koray Kosal von der Kanzlei EPP, Gebauer & Kühl sowie Dipl. Betriebswirt Dominique Spindler von der Gesellschaft EURO-DROIT, werden über die gängigsten Vertriebsvarianten berichten. Weitere Themenpunkte der Veranstaltung bilden unter anderem die Gestaltung der vertraglichen Beziehungen zum Kunden, geeignete Gesellschaftsformen für kleine- und mittelständische Unternehmen und Tipps zur Vermeidung der direkten Steuerpflicht in Frankreich. Die Veranstaltung findet in den Räumen der IHK statt. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
