Sonderkündigungsschutz in Kleinbetrieben

In Betrieben mit zehn und weniger Arbeitnehmern greift nicht der allgemeine gesetzliche Kündigungsschutz. Dennoch gibt es zahlreiche Spezialvorschriften, nach denen es dem Arbeitgeber untersagt ist, seinen Mitarbeitern zu kündigen. Diese Verbote müssen für jeden Betrieb, gleichgültig wie klein oder groß er ist, beachtet werden. Darunter fällt etwa der Kündigungsschutz für Schwangere, für Schwerbehinderte oder auch für Mitarbeiter im Erziehungsurlaub.
