Sommerschlussverkauf war früher - heute können Händler das ganze Jahr über Sonderverkäufe, Preisnachlässe und Rabattaktionen durchführen. "Doch diese neuen Freiheiten sind nicht grenzenlos. Händler dürfen sie nicht zu irreführender Werbung missbrauchen. Werbung sollte vor allem transparent sein“, so Heike Cloß, stellvertretende Hauptgeschäftsführerin der IHK Saarland. „Werden intransparente und irreführende Werbeaussagen getroffen, so muss der Händler damit rechnen, abgemahnt zu werden“.
