Die Rechtsform der Unternehmergesellschaft, die Anfang 2009 eingeführt wurde, erfreut sich bei Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern wachsender Beliebtheit. Alleine im ersten Halbjahr 2010 stieg die Zahl der "UGhaftungsbeschränkt" im Saarland um 59 Prozent (im Bund um 57 Prozent). Zurzeit werden im Saarland 339, bundesweit über 30 000 Unternehmen in dieser Rechtsform geführt, teilt die IHK mit. Halte der Aufwärtstrend an, dann werde die Zahl der Unternehmergesellschaften die der englischen Limited in Deutschland schon in Kürze überholen, prognostiziert die IHK.
