US-Amerikaner als Kunden gewinnen - Der richtige Umgang mit VAT forms

Wie kann ich die in Rheinland-Pfalz stationierten US-Amerikaner als Kunden gewinnen, und was habe ich dabei zu beachten? Hierüber informiert die IHK Saarland ihre Mitgliedsbetriebe aus Handel und Gastronomie im Rahmen einer Informationsveranstaltung am Donnerstag, 6. November 2014, 10:30-12:00 Uhr, in der IHK Saarland.

Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung steht der sachgemäße Umgang mit der sogenannten "VAT form", ein von den US-Behörden ausgestelltes Formular, welches zum mehrwertsteuerfreien Einkauf berechtigt.
