Versicherungsvermittler: Jetzt bei der IHK registrieren!

Frist für Erlaubnisverfahren und Registrierung läuft in 50 Tagen ab

Nach der Neuregelung des Versicherungsvermittlerrechts benötigen Versicherungsvertreter und -makler für ihr Tätigwerden eine Erlaubnis und Registrierung bei der IHK. Da die bisher geltende Übergangsfrist für bereits tätige Vermittler am 31. Dezember 2008 abläuft, ist es nun höchste Zeit zu handeln. Zwar sind nach Angaben der IHK derzeit bereits 2.800 saarländische Versicherungsvermittler in das neue Register eingetragen, doch noch sind nicht alle Betroffenen ihren gesetzlichen Pflichten nachgekommen. Für diejenigen, die noch keine Erlaubnis und keine Registrierung beantragt haben, hat die IHK alle wichtigen Informationen auf ihrer Homepage www.saarland.ihk.de zum Download bereitgestellt (Kennzahl 851).
