Auf Vorjahresniveau

Neu eingetragene Ausbildungsverhältnisse

Zum 30. September verzeichnete die IHK Heil-bronn-Franken 4 566 neue Ausbildungsverhältnisse. Dies entspricht einem leichten Plus von 0,1 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. Damit erreicht die Anzahl an neu eingetragenen Ausbildungsverhältnissen wieder das Niveau des Vorjahres.

Dank intensiver Anstrengungen ist es den Unternehmen gelungen etwas mehr Schulabgänger für eine duale Ausbildung zu finden. Dabei gehen die Betriebe vermehrt dazu über auch leistungsschwächere Jugendliche einzustellen und diesen durch ausbildungsbegleitende Hilfen oder betriebsinternen Stützunterricht zu helfen.

Dietmar Niedziella, Leiter der Berufsbildung der IHK Heilbronn-Franken: "Mit dem Angebot der passgenauen Vermittlung unterstützt die IHK Heilbronn-Franken dabei, dass ausbildungsinteressierte Jugendliche und Unternehmen noch besser zusammenfinden."

Im Stadt- und Landkreis Heilbronn wurden zum 30. September 2 156 neu eingetragene Ausbildungsverhältnisse (davon 800 in technischen und 1 356 in kaufmännischen Berufen), im Landkreis Hohenlohe 741 (davon 327 in technischen und 414 in kaufmännischen Berufen), im Main-Tauber-Kreis 638 (davon 224 in technischen und 414 in kaufmännischen Berufen) und im Landkreis Schwäbisch Hall 1 031 (davon 444 in technischen und 587 in kaufmännischen Berufen) verzeichnet.
