Der Ausbilder- oder AdA-Schein gehört immer mehr zur Basisqualifikation von Fach- und Führungskräften. Der vom IHK-Zentrum für Weiterbildung angebotene Ausbilder-Lehrgang macht potenzielle Ausbilder fit, um erfolgreich an einer modernen Berufsausbildung mitwirken zu können. Neben spezifischen Ausbilderkenntnissen werden wichtige, im Beruf unentbehrliche Methoden und Techniken praxisorientiert behandelt. Präsentationstechniken, Gesprächsführungstechnik, Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden werden unter anderem in den Ausbilderlehrgängen in Teilzeit vermittelt.

Ausbilderlehrgang 62402M (samstags)

Start am 31.01. mit 80 Unterrichtseinheiten an zehn Samstagen in Bad Mergentheim; 490,- € zuzüglich Literatur und Prüfungsgebühr.

Ausbilderlehrgang/Kompaktkurs 62431W (samstags und mittwochs)

Start am 18.02. mit 40 Unterrichtseinheiten in Wertheim; 360,- € zuzüglich Literatur und Prüfungsgebühr.
