Die IHK-Zentrum für Weiterbildung GmbH bietet Anfang September Einführungsseminare für neue Auszubildende an.

Die Teilnehmer erhalten eine Starthilfe für den Beginn ihrer Ausbildung bei dem oft schwierigen Umstellungsprozess Schule - Arbeitswelt. Sie erhalten praxisgerechte Hinweise zum erfolgreichen und leistungsorientierten Verhalten im Betrieb und im Umgang mit Kunden. Abgerundet wird das Seminar durch Erläuterungen zum Ausbildungsvertrag und Hinweise zur Bewältigung von Konfliktsituationen im Betrieb.

Die Kosten des zweitägigen Seminars betragen 95 Euro.
