Fristlose Kündigung der ehemaligen IHK-Geschäftsführerin Renate Rabe bestätigt!

Im Rechtsstreit um die fristlose Kündigung der ehemaligen IHK-Geschäftsführerin Renate Rabe hat das Arbeitsgericht Heilbronn heute eine Entscheidung verkündet.

Danach hat die erste Kündigung vom 29.10.2012 das Arbeitsverhältnis noch nicht beendet. Hingegen wird die zweite fristlose Kündigung vom 13.12.2012 per Urteil als wirksam bestätigt. Wird dieses Urteil rechtskräftig, dann endet das Arbeitsverhältnis mit Renate Rabe zum 13.12.2012. Beide Parteien haben die Möglichkeit nach Zustellung des Urteils binnen eines Monats Berufung beim Landesarbeitsgericht einzulegen.
