IHK informiert über die Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zur Erbschaftsteuer

In seinem mit Spannung erwarteten Urteil vom 17. Dezember 2014 hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht entschieden, dass die derzeit geltenden Begünstigungsregelungen für unternehmerisches Vermögen in ihrer konkreten Ausgestaltung verfassungswidrig sind. Dem Gesetzgeber wurde die Verpflichtung auferlegt, bis zum 30. Juni 2016 eine verfassungskonforme Neuregelung zu treffen. Hierfür wurde ein sehr konkreter Handlungsrahmen vorgegeben. Aus den Äußerungen der Politik und einzelner Finanz-ministerien lassen sich bereits zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt Inhalte und Folgen einer möglichen gesetzlichen Anpassungsregelung absehen.

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung werden die wesentlichen Inhalte des Urteils und des Handlungsauftrags an den Gesetzgeber erläutert sowie ein Ausblick auf mögliche Neuregelungen geben.

Die beiden Referenten, Jürgen Kreißig und Dr. Jens Escher, beide KPMG, werden aufzeigen, wo für Unternehmer konkret Handlungsbedarf besteht.
