IHK warnt vor Ausstellerverzeichnis Expo-Guide

Mexikanisches Unternehmen schreibt Aussteller der IHK-Bildungsmesse Heilbronn an

Unter der Überschrift "IHK BILDUNGSMESSE HEILBRONN" verschickt ein mexikanisches Unternehmen aktuell Aufforderungen zur kostenlosen Aktualisierung von Unternehmensdaten im Ausstellerverzeichnis www.expo-guide.com. Wer dieses Formular unterschreibt und zurückschickt, schließt einen Vertrag mit Werbeeinschaltung für 3.813 Euro ab, der mexikanischem Recht unterliegt, drei Jahre läuft und sich anschließend um ein Jahr verlängert, wenn er nicht rechtzeitig mittels eingeschriebenen Briefs gekündigt wird.

Die IHK Heilbronn-Franken steht in keinerlei Geschäftsbeziehung zu diesem Datenbankanbieter und bittet Unternehmen, die ein solches Angebot erhalten, das Formular unausgefüllt an die IHK per Telefax (+49 (7131) 9677-445) weiterzuleiten.
