Ein Vergleich mit der Maßgabe, dass sowohl die Kündigung als auch die erhobenen Vorwürfe für gegenstandslos erklärt werden sollen, wie von der Rechtsvertretung von Renate Rabe gefordert, ist in Anbetracht der gravierenden Vorfälle für die IHK Heilbronn-Franken nicht diskutabel.

Das Landgericht Heilbronn hatte in seiner Sitzung vom 8. Janu-ar 2013 einen Vergleich zwischen der ehemaligen IHK-Geschäfts-führerin Renate Rabe und der IHK Heilbronn-Franken angeregt.
