Mitarbeiterkapitalbeteiligung: Erfolgsrezepte für mittelständische Unternehmen

Bereits mehr als 4 000 deutsche Unternehmen beteiligen ihre Mitarbeiter am Firmenkapital. Dadurch stärken sie die betriebliche Finanzkraft, schaffen eine positive Leistungskultur und haben im Wettbewerb um Fach- und Führungskräfte die Nase vorn. Die Mitarbeiter identifizieren sich stärker mit "ihrer" Firma.

Die Landesregierung Baden-Württemberg hat ein Beratungsprogramm zum Thema Mitarbeiterkapitalbeteiligung aufgelegt, das sich an mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU) richtet. In der gemeinsamen Veranstaltung des Ministeriums für Finanzen und Wirtschaft Baden-Württemberg, des RKW, der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Partnerschaft in der Wirtschaft e. V., der Mittelständischen Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg GmbH und der IHK Heilbronn-Franken werden der Geschäftsführer der Distelhäuser Brauerei, Achim Kalweit, und der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der Ansmann AG, Edgar Ansmann, über das Thema informieren und diskutieren.

Die kostenfreie Veranstaltung findet am 24. September von 18:00 bis 20:00 Uhr im Saal Franken der IHK Heilbronn-Franken in Heilbronn statt.
