Neue Handelsrichter für die KfH des Landgerichts Mosbach ernannt

Auf Vorschlag der Industrie- und Handelskammer Heilbronn-Franken hat der Justizminister des Landes Baden-Württemberg jetzt die Herren

- Herbert Göker, Geschäftsführer, Dürr Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Großrinderfeld
- Fridolin Hügel, Einrichtungshaus Fridolin Hügel KG, Bad Mergentheim
- Paul Gehrig, Geschäftsführer, Stadtwerk Tauberfranken GmbH, Bad Mergentheim
- Alois Sans, Vorstandsmitglied, Volksbank Main-Tauber eG, Wertheim

für eine fünfjährige Amtsperiode als ehrenamtliche Handels-richter bei der Kammer für Handelssachen (KfH) am Landgericht Mosbach ernannt. Die Herren Hügel, Gehrig und Sans haben sich erstmals für die wichtige Handelsrichter-Tätigkeit zur Verfügung gestellt.
