Offenlegung von Jahresabschlüssen

Das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und das Bundesministerium der Justiz haben am 11. Dezember eine Telefon-Hotline unter 01805 615003 (14 Cent/Minute aus dem Festnetz) eingerichtet, bei der sich Unternehmen zu Fragen rund um das Thema Offenlegung von Jahresabschlüssen informieren können.

Interessierte können die Unternehmensdaten dann kostenfrei einsehen unter www.unternehmensregister.de. Umfangreiche Informationen zur Publizitätspflicht stehen auch unter www.bmj.bund.de/ehug.

Die IHK Heilbronn-Franken begrüßt dieses zusätzliche Angebot der Bundesregierung. Selbstverständlich wird auch auf deren Homepage unter Recht/Steuern - Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht zum Thema informiert.
