Eilmeldung für Unternehmen, die Lkw während des Hochwassereinsatzes 2013 im Land Sachsen-Anhalt im Einsatz haben

Wie die IHK soeben vom Landesamt für Verbraucherschutz erfahren hat, geben wir folgendes Schreiben zu "Ausnahmen von den Lenk- und Ruhezeitregelungen für Lkw-Fahrer, während des Hochwassereinsatzes 2013 im Land Sachsen-Anhalt" für die Unternehmen in Sachsen-Anhalt zur Kenntnis.

Danach sind die einschlägigen Bestimmungen zu Lenk- und Ruhezeiten, und zum Arbeitszeitgesetz bei Hochwassereinsätzen außer Kraft gesetzt.

Details und Verfahrensregelungen sind den beiliegenden Schreiben zu entnehmen.
