InLoox, the Munich-based specialist in Outlook-integrated enterprise software, strengthens its support team. Now, Robert Oettl and Thomas Schibschid support customers in all questions regarding licensing, implementation, support and trainings.

Thanks to the increased manpower, InLoox is able, now as before, to provide its customers with tailored support that is free of charge. Very popular with customers and prospective customers are also the free, interactive live web presentations where they can explore InLoox live on their monitor and ask individual questions. Besides, InLoox offers in-house trainings as well as trainings at the InLoox training center in Munich. The company also has a network of selected local resellers who provide local customer support.
