Unlike in other European countries, the switch from analogue or ISDN networks to All IP has already been completed in Scandinavia and other topics determine the market: one of the key issues is the browser-based real-time communication standard WebRTC, enabling real-time connections to be transmitted for voice and video. WebRTC is integrated in innovaphone’s Unified Communications client myPBX. Another topic is the virtualisation of telephony – in Scandinavia there is a strong tendency in favour of mobile and virtualised solutions. “Scandinavia is an extremely dynamic market with excellent sales prospects. Håkan Olsson has been certified in seven different vendors certification programs, in both, IP telephony and UC, among them Microsoft, Cisco and innovaphone. When Swedish company Lindex, one of the leading fashion chains in Europe, completely reorganised its communication infrastructure and introduced an innovaphone IP telephony and UC system, Håkan Olsson had been supervising the project which went off smoothly and without any problems.
