Neben klassischem Versandhandel hat sich das Unternehmen auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung kundenindividueller E-Procurement-Lösungen spezialisiert. Darüber hinaus bietet Inmac eine Reihe produktnaher Dienstleistungen (Beratung, Planung, Konzeption, Beschaffung, Installation und Konzeption, Vor-Ort-Services sowie Rücknahme und Entsorgung).
