Wie finde ich den Spagat zwischen Sparmaßnahme und Zukunftsinvestition? Wie entscheide ich richtig in einer ungewissen Zeit? Welche Prozesse sind dazu aufzusetzen, welche Kompetenzen sind nötig, und welche Instrumente sind sinnvoll und zielführend?

Unser Motto “Kompetenzen, Prozesse, Instrumente” unterstützt kaufmännischen Führungskräfte beim schwierigen Navigieren durch diese herausfordernde Zeit. Beim diesjährigen „CFO-Summit - dem Gipfeltreffen der kaufmännischen Leiter im Mittelstand“ stehen unter anderem folgende Themen im Fokus: Working Capital Management, Liquiditätsmanagement, Jahresabschluss 2020 und Planung für 2021. Der CFO-Summit 2020 findet dieses Jahr am 21.-22. Oktober in Leipzig statt.

Organisiert von der IFC EBERT GmbH und dem Bundesverband der Bilanzbuchhalter und Controller e.V., moderiert von Prof. Dr. Volker Steinhübel und Prof. Dr. Thomas Schempf diskutieren die Teilnehmer/innen des CFO-Summits über aktuelle Entwicklungen in ihrer Rolle als CFO, lernen neue Instrumente kennen und nehmen innovative Impulse für ihren Alltag mit.

Neben den impulsgebenden Vorträgen unserer Referenten aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft, stehen der persönliche und fachliche Austausch im Vordergrund. In vier thematischen Round Tables haben die Teilnehmer/innen die Chance zum Networking auf Augenhöhe.
