Schul-Absolvent hält praxisorientierten Vortrag zur Containerization in der Cloud

In Zusammenarbeit mit Sebastian Maischl veranstaltete der Informatik-Campus Wiesau unter Dr. Hermann Körner zum ersten Mal einen Vortrag unter dem Motto „Praxisnaher Unterricht“. Der IT-Leiter des IVFP‘s und selbst ehemaliger Absolvent zeigte den Schüler:innen innovative Lösungen des Cloud-Hostings unter der Verwendung von DEV-Containern im Umfeld einer Python-Applikation. Das umfangreiche Thema hat den Klassen BFI11 und FWI2 nicht nur fachliche Inhalte über den Schulunterricht hinaus gelehrt, sondern auch eine Aussicht gegeben, wie vielfältig und interessant ihre Arbeit im zukünftigen Berufsleben werden kann.

Um den Praxisbezug für die künftigen Absolvent:innen zu vertiefen, haben der Förderpreisträger und seine Kollegin Judith Zeitler (Leiterin Unternehmenskommunikation) auch Fragen zum Arbeitsalltag selbst beantwortet. Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß Sebastian Maischl, welche Fragen die Schüler und Schülerinnen nach ihrer Schulzeit beschäftigen. Wie auch er schätzten die Vortragsteilnehmer:innen die kommenden Anforderungen an sie in einer Live-Umfrage überdurchschnittlich ein. Geholfen hat hier der Rat von Sebastian Maischl auf Fragen nach z. B. einer Selbstständigkeit, Übernahmechancen, Work-Life-Balance und am Wichtigsten Spaß an der Arbeit.

Eine Kooperation für weitere praxisnahe Unterrichtsstunden ist im Gespräch.
