Girls'Day an der ISM zeigt Frauen-Karrieren im Profisport

Ob auf dem Fußballfeld, im Boxring oder in der Turnhalle – Frauen sind im Sport erfolgreich und spielen ganz oben mit. Doch abseits von Spielfeldern und Sportstätten sind Karrieren von Frauen im Sportmanagement noch selten. Aber da tut sich was. Der Girls'Day am 22. April steht an der International School of Management (ISM) ganz im Zeichen von „Frauen im Fußball – na klar!“ und zeigt jungen Mädchen, welche Wege ins Sportbusiness führen und wie vielfältig die Branche ist.

Beim bundesweiten Girls'Day am 22. April öffnen Hochschulen und Unternehmen ihre Türen, um jungen Mädchen Berufe vorzustellen, die Frauen bisher eher selten ergreifen. Dazu gehören immer noch Spitzenpositionen im Sportmanagement, die traditionell von Männern besetzt werden. Dass ein Wandel bevorsteht, dafür stehen Ulrike Schlupp und Inga Nissen (RB Leipzig), zwei erfolgreiche Sportmanagerinnen, die beim Girls'Day an der ISM aus der Praxis berichten. Außerdem können die Schülerinnen selbst in die Rolle der Sportmanagerin schlüpfen und erste Aufgaben lösen.
