Infoveranstaltung zur Coaching-Ausbildung am Kienbaum Institut@ISM

Ob es Führungskräften gelingt, Leistungspotenziale von Mitarbeitern und Teams zu erkennen und zu fördern, entscheidet maßgeblich über den unternehmerischen Erfolg. Die Coaching-Ausbildung des Kienbaum Institut@ISM bereitet auf diese Herausforderung vor und vermittelt neben psychologischen Grundlagen auch aktuelle Trendthemen wie agiles Projektmanagement, digitale Transformation und Change Prozesse. Am 24. September 2019 findet an der International School of Management (ISM) in Köln eine Infoveranstaltung statt, um Inhalte und Ablauf der Ausbildung kennenzulernen.

Mit der Coaching Ausbildung richtet sich das Institut an Personalverantwortliche, Nachwuchsführungskräfte und alle, die ihren beruflichen Schwerpunkt in der Mitarbeiterführung sehen und Entwicklungsprozesse von Individuen und Teams gestalten. Besonderheit der psychologisch-systemisch fundierten Ausbildung ist der Einbezug aktueller Trendthemen wie Coaching im Kontext von Veränderungsprozessen und digitaler Transformation sowie die Vermittlung moderner Innovations- und Kreativitätstechniken.

Die Coaching-Ausbildung wird sowohl von der International School of Management als auch von der Managementberatung Kienbaum zertifiziert. Die Informationsveranstaltung findet am 24. September 2019 ab 17 Uhr an der ISM Köln, im Mediapark 5c, statt. Um Anmeldung an info@kienbauminstitut-ism.de wird gebeten.
