intersoft consulting services unterstützt Compliance-Studie der Ostfalia Hochschule

Die Ostfalia Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften führt in Kooperation mit der intersoft consulting services AG eine empirische Studie zum Thema Compliance in mittelständischen und großen Unternehmen durch.

Die Studie möchte untersuchen, in welchem Umfang Compliance-Maßnahmen in den besonders für Compliance-Risiken anfälligen Unternehmensbereichen vorhanden sind und richtet sich an die Abteilungen Einkauf, Personal, IT, Vertrieb und Marketing.

„Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit der Ostfalia Hochschule möchten wir die Entwicklungen im Bereich Compliance unterstützen, indem wir unser Spezialwissen auf diesem Gebiet mit einbringen", so der Managing Consultant der intersoft consulting services AG Marcus Kirsch. „Das Thema Compliance ist bereits heute in wachstumsstarken Unternehmen nicht mehr weg zu denken und wird in Zukunft durch die komplexe Gesetzeslage eine sehr zentrale Rolle spielen", so der Rechtsanwalt und Compliance-Experte weiter.

Neben den juristischen Aspekten werden in der Studie insbesondere die im Unternehmen getroffenen technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen sowie das Thema interne Kommunikation beleuchtet. Die Ergebnisse liefern interessante Einblicke in Wissenschaft und Praxis und werden anschließend öffentlich zur Verfügung gestellt.
