Die Entwicklung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt sei unverändert positiv. Müller: "Der Arbeitsmarkt in Bayern trotzt dem frühen Wintereinbruch." Anders als im November üblich ist die Zahl der Arbeitslosen im Vergleich zum Vormonat weiter auf 293.000 zurückgegangen. Die Arbeitslosenquote liegt mit 4,5 % unverändert auf dem niedrigsten Stand seit 15 Jahren. Von den 27 bayerischen Agenturbezirken weisen bereits 12 eine Arbeitslosenquote von unter 4 % und 20 von unter 5 % auf.
Müller weiter: "Wir haben jetzt die einmalige Chance, die Beschäftigung in Bayern auf ein dauerhaft höheres Niveau zu heben." Die bayerische Wirtschaftsministerin plädiert dafür, den politischen Kurs aus ‚Sparen, Reformieren, Investieren’ im Bund und im Land konsequent fortzusetzen. Politik dürfe sich jetzt nicht darauf beschränken, Wohltaten zu verteilen. "Weniger Steuern und Abgaben, mehr Investitionen, weniger Reglementierung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, mehr Flexibilität, weniger Bürokratie, mehr Investitionen, das ist die Linie mit der wir Vollbeschäftigung in ganz Bayern erreichen", betonte Müller
