Präzise Prüfung einfach und schnell mit automatischer Codeerkennung

2D-Codes wie Data Matrix Codes spielen eine entscheidende Rolle in der Rückverfolgbarkeit und Qualitätssicherung von Produkten. Insbesondere in der Medizinproduktebranche ist die korrekte und eindeutige Identifizierung von Produkten von höchster Bedeutung. Fehlerhafte oder schwer lesbare Codes können zu erheblichen Problemen in der Lieferkette und bei der Patientensicherheit führen.

Dieses neue System wurde speziell für die Prüfung von gedruckten 2D-Codes auf Papier und Etiketten entwickelt und setzt neue Maßstäbe in der Qualitätssicherung. Mit einer normgerechten 45° Beleuchtung gewährleistet es eine präzise und zuverlässige Bewertung die auch den strengen Anforderungen der FDA und der MDR im Bereich der Medizinprodukte für UDI Codes entspricht.

Die Bedienung erfolgt ganz einfach über die interne Web-Oberfäche mit einem beliebigen Internetbrowser oder Sie benutzen die Dokumentationssoftware "Q-Report". In beiden Fällen erzeugen Sie im handumdrehen ihren Qualitätsreport im PDF-Format.
