In the past nine years, Dirk Czepluch successfully positioned and strategically developed ipoque. He will assume new responsibilities within the Rohde & Schwarz group.
Effective July 1, 2023, Sebastian Richter will hand over his previous tasks at the parent group Rohde & Schwarz, in order to fully concentrate on his new role as CEO. Prior to joining ipoque, he successfully worked in leading positions at Rohde & Schwarz and Bizerba SE & Co. KG. His comprehensive expertise, years of experience in the area of R&D management for hard- and software, as well as his leadership qualities, will all contribute to ipoque remaining a global leader in the area of network analytics and developing even further.
In his new role as CEO, Sebastian Richter will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth-oriented positioning of the company.
The retiring CEO, Dirk Czepluch, expressed his thoughts on the change of management: “It was a very exciting task to have lead ipoque for over nine years. I wish him and the team at ipoque a lot of success."
Sebastian Richter also commented on his taking office: “I feel very honored to be taking over the position of CEO at ipoque.
