Medium and high-voltage grids are being expanded internationally as part of the energy transition in order to be able to transmit and distribute the energy required for electrification.
The joint project planning of three new high vacuum brazing systems of the type VHFC-1000x1200x1000 (HV) for two production sites will significantly increase production capacities – an impressive achievement!
How did we achieve this?
1. expansion of the Siemens production facility in Goa, India, to include two more high-vacuum brazing systems,
2. expansion of the Siemens production facility in Wuxi, China, to include another identical high-vacuum brazing system. All systems are “Made in Germany”.
These Ipsen vacuum soldering machines are essential for the production of vacuum interrupters, which are used as the core component of switchgears and switchgear devices in power distribution in medium and high-voltage networks.
The switch from gas-insulated switch disconnectors to vacuum interrupters also eliminates the use of fluorine gases. This results in a significant reduction in the use of greenhouse gases.
Our work thus contributes directly to promoting the expansion of energy infrastructure and renewable energies, as well as to environmental protection.
Let’s work together for a sustainable future!
