Ein Highlight des ersten Kongresstages am 27. Juni wird die Präsentation von Klaus Raunegger, Managing Director bei Merck KGaA & Co. Werk Spittal, sein, in der er einen Fallbeispiel mit dem Titel „Change Management und nachhaltige Etablierung einer OPEX-Kultur – was sind die Erfolgsfaktoren, wie wichtig ist der "Faktor Mensch"?“ vorstellt.
Am 28. Juni rücken Themen wie Lean, OEE und Value Stream Mapping, Ressourcen- und Third Party Management und Process Excellence und Nachhaltigkeit in den Fokus. An diesem Tag wird u.a. Michael Bosshard von der Cilag AG einen Praxisbeispiel zum Thema OEE als Kennzahl und Treiber für Kaizen Aktivitäten präsentieren.
