AOT has been working with its suppliers Atos and ISO continuously for decades – from the initial ERP system implemented at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, the application maintenance of the system and all along the way. As the airport businesses also generate revenue from non-aviation sources such as duty-free sales and property rentals, further solutions need to be added, including BPC, BO, OpenText, BPM, Web Portal, GRC, Mobile Apps, as well as ISO’s SKYport Billing for SAP for terminal/ bay and passenger tariff billing.
In 2017, Atos competed with 19 other SAP system integrators in the largest deal in Thailand, and winning solidly against the competition for these reasons:
