Incoming Software from ISO has been installed at 30 Thomas Cook Locations

The installation at the incoming agency in Antalya at the Turkish Riviera marks the 30th installation of the Thomas Cook incoming system "TOMAS".

In the last two years Thomas Cook, in cooperation with ISO, have equipped their destinations, mainly in the Mediterranean region, with a unified incoming software.

The ISO incoming system "Canary" was enhanced for this purpose by specific functions for Thomas Cook and is now used in the destinations under the name "TOMAS".

The booking information of the Thomas Cook travellers is transmitted automatically from the head office in Oberursel to the destination, and processed in the destinations by TOMAS.

The system supports all relevant processes in the destination, such as hotel- and airport-transfers, hotel reservations and guest services by local representatives.
