Incoming Software von ISO nun an 30 Thomas-Cook-Lokationen installiert.

Mit der Installation an der Türkischen Riviera in Antalya konnte inzwischen die 30. Zielgebietsagentur das Thomas-Cook-Incomingsystem "TOMAS" in Betrieb nehmen.

Seit ca. 2 Jahren stattet Thomas Cook in Zusammenarbeit mit ISO die Vielzahl der Zielgebiete von Thomas Cook, insbesondere im Mittelmeerraum, mit einer einheitlichen Incoming-Software aus.

Das ISO-Incomingsystem "Canary" wurde dafür um Thomas-Cook spezifische Funktionen erweitert und wird nun dort unter dem Namen "TOMAS" eingesetzt.

Die Buchungsdaten der Thomas-Cook-Gäste werden automatisiert von der Oberurseler Zentrale in die Zielgebiete übermittelt und dort weiterverarbeitet.

Mit dem System werden alle zielgebietsrelevanten Prozesse wie Hotel- und Flughafen-Transfers, Hotelreservierungen sowie Gästebetreuung durch Reiseleiter optimal unterstützt.
