ISO Travel Solutions will be exhibiting at ITB China in Shanghai, 10–12 May 2017, and furthermore at WTM Connect Asia in Penang Malaysia, 17–19 May 2017. The tourism IT company from Germany will be presenting its solutions for the expanding tourism markets in China and other Asian countries – including a new Internet Booking Engine, a group module for its tour operator system Pacific and support for the new IATA standards NDC and ONE Order. The exhibition stand of ISO Travel Solutions at ITB China will be 682, located in Hall 2 of the Shanghai World Expo. At WTM Connect Asia, it will be booth 38 of the Straits Quay Convention Centre in Penang, Malaysia.
The system solutions by ISO Travel Solutions complies with the new IATA standards New Distribution Capability (NDC) and ONE Order. Thus all user of ISO solutions can provide flight offers and prices that are more individualized and customized than before. The CRM solution Emerald has also been extended to support the new features of NDC.
Pacific now with extended group travel features
ISO's web-based tour operator system Pacific now offers extended features for group travel. New features include the special quota management, a bulk transfer function and functions specifically for group requests, quotations and calculations.
New online connections for Pacific have also been created – to Enterprise Car, HBSi Hotel and Opera Web Service – and the interface to SABRE has been expanded.
Internet Booking Engines
ISO has also greatly expanded the application areas of its Internet Booking Engines (IBEs). Over the last few months, various IBEs with different characteristics have been created – for recreational parks and airlines as well as operators of package tours or cruise lines. Various special functions are also available, for example an "online check-In" page for airlines and the integration with an external frequent flyer system.
Moreover, the IBEs can be connected to various external payment service providers, while meeting the strict PCI DSS requirements. The IBEs are suitable for b2c as well as b2b, and are multi-lingual and multi-currency throughout.
ISO can build individual, customer-specific IBEs, or use standardized blocks to configure IBEs in minimum time. The IBE can be integrated with websites created by third parties; alternatively ISO can supply the complete web page including CMS.
