Internationale IT-Konferenz zum Standard ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE)

Das International Software Quality Institute (iSQI) präsentiert in diesem Jahr in Zusammenarbeit mit dem International Assessor Certification Scheme (iNTACS e.V.) eine neue Konferenz: The International SPICE Days 2007.

Die International SPICE Days widmen sich der Anwendung des internationalen Standards ISO/IEC 15504 zur Prozessverbesserung in der Software-Entwicklung. Die Konferenz wird erstmalig vom 18. bis 20. Juni 2007 in Frankfurt am Main stattfinden und internationale Experten, die SPICE in den verschiedenen Branchen wie:
- Finanzwesen und Banken
- Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
- Telekommunikation
- Automotive
anwenden, zusammenführen. Seit dem offiziellen Erscheinen des ISO-Standards ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) im März 2006 wächst die Community von Beratern und Firmen, die SPICE anwenden, stetig.

Neben dem Konferenzprogramm wird es eine Ausstellung mit 10 Ausstellern geben. Die Keynotes der Konferenz halten:

- Jerzy Kowalczuk, Delphi Electronics & Safety, USA
- Uwe Spiegel, T-Systems, BU Networked Enterprise Solutions, Germany

iSQI - International Software Quality Institute GmbH

Das in Potsdam ansässige Institut für Softwarequalität iSQI entwickelt in über 100 internationalen und nationalen Kooperationen Standards zur Qualifizierung von IT-Mitarbeitern. Das Institut gehört Deutschlands größtem Branchenfachverband der Industrie für Softwarequalität, ASQF e.V.In Brandenburg werden unter anderem Standards zum IT-Security-Management entwickelt. Im letzten Jahr hatte das iSQI dem Innenministerium ein Projekt vorgeschlagen, welches die einheitliche Schulung der IT-Verantwortlichen in den Landesverwaltungen und Kommunen zum Ziel hatte. Dies hätte, nach den Erfahrungen eines Referenzprojektes aus Dänemark, auch zur Einführung von einheitlichen Standards im Datenschutz geführt.
