As of now, iTAC Software AG is part of the plant engineering and construction company Dürr AG based in Bietigheim-Bissingen in the south of Germany. iTAC, the leading provider of platform-independent MES solutions for the next generation of unit manufacturing industries, will support all Dürr’s divisions with their Industrie 4.0 activities. As well as further developing Dürr’s own EcoEMOS MES solution, iTAC will be continuing and expanding its business relations

From 3 December 2015 Dürr has ownership of 100% shares of iTAC Software AG with the goal of further improving and expanding Industrie 4.0 activities for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for its customers. With the standardized MES software from iTAC it is possible to collect and evaluate large data volumes from all production areas in a factory and to intelligently control machines and plants in production lines and factories using this data.
