At the MES Conference on "Efficient Production" on 21 April at 14:10h, Ralf Garrecht, Head of Information Management at Nord Stream AG, will present "Integrated Quality Management in Pipeline Construction" .
The iTAC.MES.Suite proved to be invaluable during the construction of Nord Stream's 1,220 kilometre-long Baltic Sea Pipeline, which has linked Russia with the European Union via the Baltic Sea since the beginning of 2010. "Pipeline quality and safety are the highest priorities, from the planning through the construction to the operation stage. A centrally operated (SaaS) MES safeguards the production and logistics chain for the Baltic Sea pipeline construction," explained Ralf Garrecht.
