Unter den Referenten auf der Veranstaltung sprach unter anderem auch Dr. Kerstin Friedrich zur so genannten Engpass-konzentrierten Strategie (EKS). Diese beschäftigt sich mit den Engpass-Faktoren "mehr Kunden" und "mehr Nachfrage" in Unternehmen. Weitere Redner waren Christina Münch und Dr. Julian Voss (Agrifood Consulting GmbH).
