Die Sicherheitskupplungen der Baureihe SKB-KP werden seit Jahrzehnten zum mechanischen Schutz von Antriebsaggregaten eingesetzt. In Hunderten von Anwendungen, insbesondere als Kollisionsschutz in Vorschubachsen von Werkzeugmaschinen, können sie ihre Wirksamkeit nachweisen. Die flexible, spielfreie Sicherheitskupplung der Baureihe SKB-KP ist eine Kombination aus Metallbalg-Servokupplungen und dem einzigartigen JAKOB-Sicherheitskupplungsmechanismus. Die Kompensation von Fehlausrichtungen, geringe Restkräfte, ein geringes Trägheitsmoment und eine genaue Übertragung des Drehmoments aufgrund der hohen Torsionssteifigkeit sind die hervorstechenden Eigenschaften dieser Kupplungsart.
